ICM is seeking compassionate home-care aides to assist clients with daily living activities, safety, and companionship in Arkansas. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal prep, light housework, and transportation coordination.

You’ll document daily shifts and maintain privacy under HIPAA. Candidates should uphold quality care, effective communication, and a positive work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medications)
• Provide transportation arrangements and companionship for appointments/errands
• Monitor safety and observe conditions; report equipment issues
• Record daily shift updates using an online platform
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in quality improvement
• Observe HIPAA privacy and safety standards

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
