Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support services, following habilitation and rehab plans.
• Document participation and progress for communication with staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and training per plans.
• Administer first aid and CPR in emergencies when needed.
• Support transportation and safety in the home environment.
