Health & Human Services Comm in El Paso, TX seeks a Direct Support Professional III (DSP III - Vocational) to join the Sheltered Workshop. This full-time, on-site role offers day shifts with potential additional shifts and monthly pay of $3,649.83 to $4,594.50.

You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, document progress, and collaborate with the IDT to implement care plans. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months' experience).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 6 months of work experience acceptable.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration as directed.
• Document progress and communicate changes to the team.
• Attend to healthcare needs and participate in treatment plans.
