Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency in spoken and written form.
• Experience in caregiving or home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep, mobility, and medications as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with care plans and regulatory standards.
