What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
- Identify and drive new growth opportunities while maintaining an active project deck in CRM
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Lead successful customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreement expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the HVAC/R industry, particularly as an HVAC contractor/technician
- Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools
- Knowledge of concepts related to 80/20 and Lean Management
