What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
- Identify and create new growth opportunities while maintaining active project management in CRM
- Lead customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreement expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint potential threats and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the HVAC/R industry or as an HVAC contractor/technician
- Proven track record of strong commercial leadership and achieving sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools
- Knowledge of 80/20 concepts and Lean Management principles
