What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
- Identify and create new growth opportunities while maintaining an active project deck in CRM
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities
- Lead customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreement expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of industry sales experience
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HVAC/R industry experience, specifically as an HVAC contractor or technician
- Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools
