Universal Energy Solutions is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative in Boston. This entry-level role focuses on developing new business with local business owners, reviewing energy plans, and recommending cost-saving supplier options.

You will be mentored by Account Managers to build confidence and sales skills. In this role you will start with paid training, learn our proven sales system, and have opportunities to progress to Account Manager and leadership positions as the company expands

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for customers.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius).
