Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer in a hybrid role covering a local Texas territory. You will sell to business owners, present to employee groups, and train new agents as they begin their careers.

As a leader in the field, you'll build your own client base while coaching others through role-play and hands-on training, driving team success and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Outside or B2B sales experience required.
• Experience mentoring or training sales teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM usage (Salesforce).
• Licensing in Health & Life lines or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and tailor insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Support clients through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on training.
• Lead call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong sales team.
• Grow own book of business while guiding others.
