CLEAResult seeks an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own our Direct-to-Customer Direct Install offering. You will bring consistency, structure, and operational rigor across regions, partnering with engineering, operations, national accounts, and utility clients to scale the program.

The role requires managing complex, multi-region initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and driving profitability.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing programs with real complexity and risk (new clients, new products, multi-region delivery) from planning through execution.
• Sales-adjacent instincts: negotiation, influencing, moving without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, national accounts, and analytics to execute projects across regions and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
• Evaluate customer and site-specific requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Participate in negotiating contracts and changes, and coordinate budgets and terms.
• Facilitate project execution by coordinating schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients, building a pipeline of opportunities.
• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to plans, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activity and lead review sessions on cost, schedule, and performance.
