Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Direct Install Program Manager to own the Direct Install offering nationwide. You will partner with regional operations, engineering, and clients to bring consistency, structure, and growth to the program.

The role demands persistence and the ability to navigate technical and economic aspects across regions. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in program management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with utility energy-efficiency programs.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-region programs with risk.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across regions and programs.
  • Manage eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with leadership.
  • Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans.
