CLEAResult is seeking an experienced leader to own our Direct Install program, coordinating across engineering, operations, national accounts, and analytics to scale nationwide. You will drive consistency and rigor in program execution and profitability while partnering with utility clients.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills to align regional teams and deliver impactful energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• A tenacious, resilient approach to stakeholder management.
• Enough working knowledge of utility‑sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures to lead credibly today.
• Experience managing programs with real complexity and risk (multi‑region delivery).

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals in partnership with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with existing utility clients.
