Job summary

CLEAResult seeks an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own the Direct-to-Customer Direct Install offering. Lead cross-functional teams and drive consistency, structure, and operational rigor across regions while partnering with engineering, delivery services, national accounts, and utility clients.

You will manage phases, measure eligibility, negotiate contracts, coordinate schedules and resources, and build a scalable program that expands to new regions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with energy efficiency programs or utility clients is beneficial.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across multiple regions and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals in partnership with leadership and business development.
• Negotiate contracts and changes, and coordinate budgets and financial terms.
• Ensure project execution by coordinating schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients.
