Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own and scale the Direct Install program nationwide, bringing consistency, structure, and operational rigor. You’ll partner with regional operations, engineering, delivery services, national accounts and utility clients to drive growth.

The role requires persistence, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle complex, multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

5–8 years of program or project management experience.
Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams of 7–15 in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, utilities, and programs.
Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
Develop new business and expand program scope with existing utility clients.
