CLEAResult is hiring a Direct Install Program Manager to lead our Direct-to-Customer Direct Install initiative. The role focuses on bringing consistency and operational rigor nationally, partnering with regional teams, engineering, and utility clients to scale program reach.

The ideal candidate will drive program phases, manage complex contracts, and deliver measurable profitability while expanding our presence with utility clients across regions.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multi-region delivery with complex contracts and budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals in partnership with leadership.
• Evaluate site requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate budgets and financial terms.
