Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to lead our Direct-to-Customer Direct Install offering. You will standardize how the program runs nationwide, partner with regional operations, engineering, and utility clients, and drive growth while balancing cost, schedule, and performance.

The role requires 5–8 years of program or project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate cross‑region delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with utility energy efficiency programs and direct install measures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across multiple regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with existing utility clients.
• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to program plans, and resolve problems by reallocating resources.
