Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own our Direct-to-Customer Direct Install offering. The role drives consistency and operational rigor across regions, partnering with engineering, operations, national accounts, BD, and utility clients to scale the program’s reach.

You will manage multi-region deployments, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance targets while expanding customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and driving projects without direct authority.
• Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs or similar complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with leadership and business development.
• Evaluate site-specific requirements to determine appropriate Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and financial terms; coordinate business plans and statements of work.
• Facilitate project execution by coordinating schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients; build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to program plans, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activity and cost/schedule/performance reviews.
• Analyze problems and opportunities to improve profitability and viability.
• Drive process improvements for scalability as programs expand.
