Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful 360/full-desk permanent placement recruiting experience in an Agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success generating and closing permanent placement searches.
• Recruiting experience within Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Creative, or Light Industrial/Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Identify and generate permanent placement opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client intake calls to understand hiring needs, required skill sets, compensation, and position expectations.
• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for permanent placement opportunities.
• Accurately match candidate experience and qualifications to client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and manage the interview process from submission through offer.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and successfully close placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to generate repeat and referral business.
• Manage business development and recruiting activity through the company's ATS/CRM.
