Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a seasoned Full Desk (360) Construction Recruiter to join our national Construction division. This permanent placement role focuses on filling Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other leadership positions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

As a true full-desk recruiter, you will drive new business, manage client relationships, and deliver high‑quality talent through the full lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of recruiting or business development experience (construction recruiting strongly preferred).
• Proven success in permanent placements within construction management roles.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, project phases, and field/office management structures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place construction management professionals in permanent roles across commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty project sectors.
• Develop and strengthen client partnerships with general contractors, developers, construction management firms, and specialty subcontractors.
• Conduct targeted headhunting outreach to passive construction talent across multiple project types and regional markets.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, project demands, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of construction management talent.
• Drive revenue through successful placements and strategic business development.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Construction Recruiter to join our growing Construction division. This role focuses on recruiting permanent hires for key construction management positions — including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Construction Engineers, and operational leadership roles.

You will operate as a true full‑desk recruiter: driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high‑quality talent through the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both opening new business and fulfilling high‑impact construction requisitions.
