Job summary

Randstad USA, the world's leading talent partner, is hiring a Direct Hire Solutions Manager (full-desk sales and recruiting) to drive direct hire solutions for clients in the BAO sector, expand business within current accounts, and recruit top talent to match client needs.

In this role you will build strategic relationships with hiring managers, negotiate fees, and lead end-to-end recruitment activities—from sourcing to interviewing— while leveraging digital tools to exceed revenue and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years selling direct hire and permanent placement.
• Understanding of BAO verticals and client hiring needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell direct hire workforce solutions to clients.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Drive revenue and gross margin through sales activities.
• Negotiate fees to maximize profitability.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
