Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Plan and lead daily team briefings; monitor performance against client expectations.
• Deliver client and company financial targets; manage P&L as applicable.
• Drive operational excellence through cost controls and efficient production.
• Maintain compliance with safety, wage, and hour regulations.
• Supervise front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with Food Service Director.
