Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role oversees front-of-house dining activities and collaborates with the Food Service Director to deliver on site requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a supervisory role, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills to maintain positive client rapport and drive revenue

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client rapport across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark coaching model.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality across operations.
• Manage and review P&L and deliver client financial targets.
• Plan daily team briefings and ensure operational excellence.
