Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Dining Services Manager in Training program in Indiana. This 16-week paid track teaches you to run dining operations in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to manage meals, ensure safety and sanitation, train staff, handle inventory, and deliver excellent resident and guest service. The program leads to independent management responsibilities within our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must obtain multiple food service certifications during the program as required by state regulations (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM/CFPP).
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
