Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is offering a Dining Services Manager in Training program in Indiana. This structured and paid 16-week program will develop you to manage dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to oversee operations, maintain health and safety standards, participate in staff scheduling, inventory, and resident interactions while building leadership skills to manage your own account within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain required certifications during the program (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM/CFPP).
• Residency within service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies must be complied with.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
