Qualifications

• Degree in Food Services or equivalent supervisory experience.

• CDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and food safety standards.
• Plan, organize, and implement Food Service Department goals and programs.
• Oversee supplies and equipment maintenance for daily operations.
• Perform sanitation inspections to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Lead the food service team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, residents, families, and partners.
