Qualifications

• A degree in Food Services or equivalent supervisory experience is required.
• Prior LTC facility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food Service Planning & Coordination with other department directors to plan dining and activities.
• Regulatory compliance with Department of Health regulations and industry standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Program development & implementation for the Food Service Department to maintain efficient operations.
• Supplies & equipment management to ensure availability and maintenance for daily operations.
• Sanitation & appearance oversight with regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Team leadership to guide the food service staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Interpersonal relations to maintain professional interactions with staff, residents, families, and external partners.
