Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will oversee food quality, safety, inventory, and service, ensuring compliance with menus and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Must obtain FPM within first 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site, ensuring quality, inventory, safety, and customer service.
• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; cover roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers and administrators to staff effectively.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions; report equipment needs promptly.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, staff, residents, and guests.
