Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high-quality food, safety, and service while following menus, regulations, and HCSG policies.

Responsibilities include team leadership, staffing, inventory control, training, and client communication to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with menu adherence and staff training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Coordinate staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
