Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Dining Server to provide courteous, efficient table service for residents and guests. You’ll support daily meal service, assist with events, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining area in keeping with Cedarhurst standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years’ experience in food service preferred; CPR/BLS is a plus, and familiarity with MS Office and EHR systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and EHR systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and adhere to food safety standards.
• Assist with catering, room service, and special events as needed.
• Follow recipes and ensure proper table settings and service.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families to support wellbeing.
