Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Server to deliver excellent dining experiences for residents and guests. The role emphasizes courteous service, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards in daily meals and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure if required by the state.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous dining service to residents and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in dining areas.
• Support catering, room service, and events to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper portions for consistency and cost control.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support wellbeing.
