Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHRs, HR-related systems optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, and events to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Promptly take orders and deliver courteous service to residents and guests.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas following food safety standards.
• Clear and reset tables; manage daily checklists for dining areas.
• Follow recipes, manage portions, and support cost-control efforts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
