Cedarhurst Living is seeking a Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a senior living setting. The role emphasizes courteous service, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards, contributing to a welcoming dining atmosphere.

The position supports daily meals and special events, collaborates with team members, and helps maintain high dining standards while prioritizing residents’ wellbeing and comfort.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with ability to obtain licensure if required by the state.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver service to residents and guests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area by cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and dining spaces.
• Clear and reset tables and assist with daily checklists to keep dining areas well maintained.
• Assist with catering, room service, and special events to support resident satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines, handle PPE as required, and assist with inventory and basic cost-control practices.
