Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant leadership in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
• Friendly, energetic and detail focused.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and perform consistently while using the mission and values of the organization as your boss.
• Be a leader in communication and collaboration across departments and service teams.

• Own each shift including opening, mid, and closing shifts, coaching colleagues.
• Recruit and hire great people, developing them into Lucky Star staff members.
• Take ownership of payroll, daily reports, food cost and wastage.
• Foster development of leaders through education and meetings.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety in line with standards.
