Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Dining Room Manager to assist the General Manager with day-to-day floor management, food and beverage operations, and maintaining exceptional guest service.

The role also leads a team, drives accountability, and aligns with company initiatives to meet financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, scheduling, staff development, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards across the dining room and related areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in related management.
• Food Protection Manager Certification.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; strong team leadership; problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service abilities; proactively assists customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room shifts and ensure guest satisfaction within the unit.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and scheduling for dining room staff.
• Schedule daily work assignments and monitor standards.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and develop dining room personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and facility standards; report issues to GM.
