You will lead a guest-focused service team in a fast-paced, full-service setting, ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to systems and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of restaurant leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for developing staff in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented leadership.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ESOP initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and uphold the organization's mission and values.
• Lead cross-department collaboration for seamless service.
• Direct a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and follow systems.
• Own each shift (opening, mid, closing) and coach staff.
• Recruit and hire great people and develop them.
• Oversee payroll, daily reports, food cost and waste management.
• Foster staff development and participation in meetings and trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, ensuring sanitation standards.
