Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and perform consistently using the organization's mission and values as your guide.
• Lead collaboration across departments to meet guests' needs and service goals.
• Direct a shift-to-shift team to deliver outstanding service and follow established systems.
• Own each shift, including opening, mid, and closing, coaching colleagues.
• Recruit and hire great people, then develop them into staff members.
• Manage payroll, daily reports, food cost, and wastage.
• Foster leadership development and participation in staff meetings and education opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, ensuring maintenance and sanitation standards are met.
