The Food Service Manager at Aramark is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. You oversee dining operations where customers order prepared foods and lead a team to deliver quality service.

Key responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, managing client relationships and P&L progress, ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance, and driving productivity through cost controls and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to adhere to Aramark's service model and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with the Food Service Director.
• Coach and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across all operations.
• Drive productivity through cost controls and adherence to food/labor initiatives.
