Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s card required within 30 days of employment.
• Has worked in a Key position at a Trident location for a minimum of 1 year.
• Preferred: one year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent (or degree, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation under the guidance of Head Cook.
• Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and to learn the different roles in the galley under the supervision of the Cook (Head Cook).
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Performs routine deep cleaning of cooking area.
• Washes dishes and cookware, cleans tables and floors, empties trash.
• Maintains a clean working environment.
