Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, offers a Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) designed to accelerate high-potential graduates into future leaders within Carrier’s Digital Technology organization. The program provides three eight-month rotations across Digital teams, with exposure to data, AI, digital products, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, or computer science.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Must be geographically mobile and relocate for rotations.
• Eligible for 2026 or 2027 graduation and start in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Carrier’s businesses, products, customers, and organization.
• Work with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and solve challenges.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivery and measurable results.
• Build solutions using enterprise systems, data, and AI/automation.
• Collaborate across technical, business, and operational disciplines to deliver results.
• Take on increasing ownership and complexity through the program.
• Present work and impact to Carrier Digital leadership after each rotation.
• Build a cross-functional network of mentors, peers, and leaders across Carrier.
• Connect with associates across Carrier’s other leadership development programs.
