Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM or business field from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August 2027
• Minimum of one internship/co‑op experience or an equivalent 3 months of IT work experience completed at the time of this application
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration or related visa programs (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B) for this position

Responsibilities

• Rotation 1: Discover the business at a manufacturing or hub location and map processes to identify improvements
• Rotation 2: Build real digital solutions—data, AI, or applications to improve decisions and visibility
• Rotation 3: Lead a digital initiative implementation with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
