Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Technology and/or technology-enabled business leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Technology and business, align initiatives with business strategy.
• Prioritize digital projects to maximize ROI and support DT strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and execute a digital strategy aligned to P&L objectives.
• Manage alignment of Digital Technology initiatives with business processes.
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting for Digital Technology projects.
• Communicate with executives to translate business needs to technical teams.
• Provide SME in aftermarket business processes and IT roadmapping.
• Demonstrate strong project management and clear communication of complex problems to non-technical audiences.
• General self-management and prioritization of initiatives.
