Eaton Corporation invites applicants to join the Early Career Leadership Development Program – Information Technology. This rotating program develops skills in data, AI, and digital tools, with hands-on manufacturing site exposure and leadership interaction.

Participants complete three rotations (with 1–2 relocations) and may transition into IT product owners, program managers, or site integration roles, pursuing a fast-paced tech‑driven career across Eaton’s global sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or business field with graduation before August 2027.
• At least one internship/co‑op or equivalent 3 months IT work experience.
• Overall GPA minimum 2.8.
• Geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related visas.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in three manufacturing or business rotations with 1–2 relocations.
• Help deliver a digital/ data/ AI/ or application solution to improve decisions and workflows.
• Lead a digital initiative implementation at a site or functional team, aligning stakeholders to measurable outcomes.
