Job summary

RTX Corporation is launching a two-year Digital Leadership Development Program in the United States, starting with rotations across application services, cybersecurity, data services, infrastructure, and strategic transformation. The program emphasizes hands-on assignments, leadership development, and exposure to different RTX sites.

Participants must be willing to relocate nationwide, with multiple city/state assignments and a robust mentorship network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience.
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A., including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Rotation role and responsibilities will vary and align with one or more of the following: application services, cybersecurity services, data services, infrastructure services, process & systems transformation, and transformation & strategy.
• Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments.
• Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership and business acumen.
