Charter Manufacturing seeks a May 2027 graduate to join our Digital Rotational Program (Technical Track) as a Digital Rotational Analyst. This two-year program accelerates growth through hands-on rotations in IT and business operations.

You'll rotate through Customer Experience/Help Desk, Security, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation, gaining technical, operational, and leadership skills in a collaborative, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• IT or business internship experience preferred.
• Experience in team environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across levels within the business.
• Willingness to travel in the greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital professionals during rotations to build foundational IT and business skills.
• Contribute to projects individually and with cross-functional teams.
• Develop professional presence, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Build technical skills through targeted training in digital functions.
