Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking graduates for the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) to rotate across centers of excellence. You will gain hands-on experience in technology and product development, HVAC fundamentals with modeling and lab testing, and cross-functional project management.

The program includes mentorship and leadership development across multiple Carrier centers. Eligible graduates must hold a Bachelor’s in engineering, be able to relocate for rotations, graduate in 2026 or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Must graduate in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree and be available to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.
