Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Digital Skills Specialist (Trainer) in Fort Worth to assess client needs and deliver training in basic computer use and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, tracking progress, and providing technical guidance. The role may require travel to off-site facilities and supports a busy Digital Skills Lab with ongoing staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver digital training to clients, including basic computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain training records, track participation and lab usage, and report on progress.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for software and hardware in the Digital Skills Lab.
