Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Digital Services Business Development Manager for the Great Lakes Region. You will lead regional growth initiatives expanding adoption of connected services, analytics, and building automation to improve uptime and energy efficiency.

You will collaborate with sales, service, controls, and account teams to translate digital capabilities into measurable business value for customers and to drive recurring revenue growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales leadership, preferably in digital services or connected solutions.
• Experience collaborating across equipment, controls, service, and account management teams to develop growth strategies.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy for digital services and connected solutions in the Great Lakes Region.
• Grow revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in connected services and analytics.
• Partner with sales teams to expand adoption of digitally enabled building solutions.
• Build relationships with building owners, operators, contractors, and engineers to drive growth.
