You will lead cross-functional teams to expand customer adoption, strengthen relationships with building owners, engineers, and contractors, and translate digital capabilities into measurable business value.

Qualifications

Five+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales leadership.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate digital capabilities into customer value.
Experience collaborating across equipment, controls, service, and account teams.
Valid driver’s license with clean record within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategy for Trane’s digital services and connected solutions in the Great Lakes region.
Grow recurring digital revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, service, and account teams to expand customer adoption of digitally enabled solutions.
Build relationships with building owners, operators, contractors, consulting engineers, and stakeholders.
Align customer needs with solutions to support decarbonization, operational efficiency, and lifecycle value.
Maintain pipeline discipline and support CRM processes.
