Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States seeks a Digital Services Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for connected solutions and digital services in the Great Lakes Region. You will lead regional BD efforts, collaborating with sales, service, controls, and account teams to expand customer adoption of digitally enabled offerings and improve building performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.
5+ years in business development, sales, or sales leadership, preferably in digital services, connected solutions, building automation, HVAC, or service.
Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute BD strategy for Trane’s digital services and connected solutions portfolio in the Great Lakes Region.
Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to connected services, analytics, and recurring revenue.
Collaborate with equipment, controls, and service sales teams to expand customer adoption of digital offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, operators, contractors, and engineers.
Position digital value to support decarbonization, efficiency, and smarter building management.
Maintain pipeline discipline and ensure CRM processes and forecast accuracy.
