Trane Technologies plc in the United States (Great Lakes Region) is seeking a Digital Services Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of connected solutions, analytics, and remote monitoring. You will lead regional business development efforts to expand adoption of digital offerings across building automation and services, collaborating with sales, service, and account teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years in business development or sales leadership, preferably in digital services or building automation.
Strong understanding of value drivers in connected building solutions.
Experience collaborating across equipment, controls, service, and account teams.
Excellent communication and ability to translate digital capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional strategy for digital services and connected solutions in the Great Lakes Region.
Identify and close opportunities related to connected services and analytics.
Collaborate with sales, service, and account teams to expand digital offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, operators, and engineers.
Position digital value propositions to support decarbonization and efficiency goals.
Drive account strategies to increase penetration and recurring revenue.
Support forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across teams.
Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
